Nh Porto Jardim Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the major attractions and bustling areas with restaurants. I loved that I could easily reach the cathedral within 5 minutes. The staff here were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. When my baggage got lost by the airline, the front desk staff followed up for 2 days to help me retrieve it. As a loyal NH member, I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with a delicious port drink and a plate of cheese and meat in my room. Additionally, the hotel had complimentary fresh mint water and iced tea in the lobby, which was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant and a small bar for drinks. I had such a wonderful experience that I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The location was great, just a short walk to many popular tourist sites. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food options to choose from. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy, it sounded like boiling water in a coffee pot. the service at the restaurant was very slow during lunch and dinner.

My stay at Nh Porto Jardim was absolutely wonderful. The hotel facilities were elegant and modern, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast on site, and the bar and restaurant provided excellent service in the evenings. The location was convenient, allowing for easy exploration of the nearby university area and tourist sites. The staff, especially the front desk clerk and concierge, were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and memorable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located close enough to the centre of everything but just far enough out to be peaceful. It is within walking distance of everything, including the dom Luis bridge. The rooms are modern, clean, and well appointed with comfortable bathrooms. The staff is extremely helpful, and the breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of options. The hotel also has a beautiful outdoor space with lounge furniture and sun umbrellas.

The pricing for dinner in the hotel seemed high compared to other restaurants.
